They called me within minutes -- maybe even seconds!!
Our refrigerator broke down and we needed to have it repaired immediately not only because
there was food that could spoil, but because we were entertaining a brunch the
following day.
When the repairman arrived, he was very professional. I took
him to the refrigerator and let him do his work. When he finished, he explained what he
did and told me how to maintain the appliance in the future.
